水电解池电极性能研究

摘要 采用表面处理的Nafion1135膜直接CCM法制作固体聚合物电解质(SPE)水电解池电极,研究催化剂层中Nafion含量对电极性能的影响及电极的寿命情况;制作大面积电极并对其性能进行测试.结果表明:电极催化剂层中Nafion所占比例为25%时电极有最好的性能;所选方法制作的电极有着良好的寿命;通过对比大小面积电极的性能可知此种方法的放大性能良好. Electrode of SPE water electrolyzer is prepared by surface modified Nafion 1135 membranes with direct way of CCM method.The performance of the electrodes with different Nafion loading on the catalyst layer and the life of the electrode were studied,and large size electrode was prepared,then tested.The results showed that the electrodes give a better performance while the catalyst layer contains 25% Nafion;the electrode shows good life performance;the large size electrodes also have good performance.
