摘要
将Nafion溶液与溶剂的混合溶液涂敷在PTFE膜上,制作成PTFE-Nafion复合膜.使用SEM、恒电位仪等仪器对复合膜进行测试分析,采用PN膜制作的CCM电极组装了电池堆进行测试.结果表明,PN复合膜具有良好的尺寸稳定性、较好的强度、很小的面电阻以及较小的气体透过率.对比了不同的PTFE基膜、不同的Nafion载量以及添加表面活性剂等对PN复合膜各项性能的影响.对PN复合膜制作出的CCM电极进行了性能测试,在同条件下其性能优于用Nafion212膜制作的CCM电极.
PTFE-Nafion composite proton exchange membranes were prepared by sprayed the compound mixed with Nafion solution and solvent on the PTFE membranes.SEM,and potentiostat were used to analyse the composite membrane.The result show that the PTFE-Nafion composite membrane has well dimension stability and intensity,less area resistance and gas permeation rate.The influence of different PTFE substrate membrane,quantity of Nafion loading and surfactant on the performance of composite membrane were studied in detail.A CCM electrode,which was prepared with the PTFE-Nafion composite membrane,was tested.It showed a better performance than the CCM with Nafion 212 in the same condition
