以钌作为核的Ru@Pt/C低铂核壳结构催化剂的制备以及电催化活性研究

摘要 采用简单且成本低的两步浸渍-还原法制备了Ru@Pt/C催化剂.TEM结果表明,采用浸渍法制备的核Ru/C有很好的分散性,粒径约为2.5 nm.电化学测试结果表明,Ru@Pt/C催化剂对甲醇的催化活性为0.34 A/mgPt,最为重要的是:该催化剂的正向扫描峰电流密度(If)和反向扫描峰电流密度(Ib)的比值高达3.1,表明其具有相当好的CO类中间产物的去除能力. A novel two-step impregnation method was used to prepare a core-shell catalyst Ru@Pt/C,in which the Ru was used as core.The TEM results showed that the Ru dispersed on carbon support quite uniformly,and the particle diameter is about 2.5 nm.For the anodic oxidation of methanol,the specific activity is 0.34 A/mg Pt,and it is important that the ratio of forward current If to backward current Ib is high up to 3.1,indicating that this Ru@Pt/C catalyst has good tolerance to the intermediates of methanol oxidation.
