摘要
采用调节——中和过滤——一步净化器——生物接触氧化——石英砂/活性炭过滤的处理工艺对铅酸蓄电池厂的铅酸废水进行处理.工程运行情况表明该工艺的组合是可行的.主体设备一步净化器的特殊结构不仅能够保证处理效果,而且占地面积少,操作方便.生物接触氧化及石英砂/活性炭过滤能保证出水COD的达标.其处理后的水达到排放标准,并能回用到车间,产生一定的环境效益和经济效益.
The treating process of adjusting,neutralizing and filtering,one-step purifier was applied for lead-acid wastewater from lead-acid battery plant.The operation of the project indicates that this combination process is feasible to treat the lead-acid wastewater.The special structure of one-step purifier is both responsible for the ideal treatment effects and has the advantages of lowly-covered area and easy operation.The treated wastewater can meet the discharging standard,and can be recycled to workshops,thus bring economic and environmental benefit.
