柠檬酸协助的Y_2O_3包覆LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2材料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法,以硝酸钇和柠檬酸为原料对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行包覆.室温下,在2.8~4.3 V和1 C充放电条件下,以柠檬酸协助的Y2O3包覆LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料作为正极,锂片作为负极,制成的电池50次循环容量没有衰减,而未加柠檬酸的Y2O3包覆LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料50次循环容量保持率为96.72%,未经过包覆的材料只有91.03%. Y2O3 -coated LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were prepared by citric acid assisted sol- gel process. The capacity fade of the cells with Y2O3 -coated Li1/3Ni1/3 Co1/3 MnO2 prepared by citric acid assisted sol -gel process as cathode material is neglectable after 50 cycles(2.8 -4.3 V, 1 C). The capacity retention of the cells with Y2O3 -coated Li1/3Ni1/3 Co1/3 MnO2 prepared by no citric acid assisted process as cathode material is 96.72%. Meanwhile, the capacity retention of the cells with uncoated Li1/3 Ni1/3Co1/3 MnO2 as cathode material is only 91.03%.
