摘要
以Li2CO3和TiO2为原料,采用固相法合成尖晶石结构Li4Ti5O12.用XRD、SEM对合成的Li4Ti5O12进行了表征.用恒流电池测试仪,对Li4Ti5O12的循环性能进行了测试分析.结果表明:以Li2CO3为原料过量质量分数3%,800℃恒温16 h合成的Li4Ti5O12,在电流密度0.13 mA/cm2时,首次充电容量达到166 mAh/g,20次循环后容量保持在164 mAh/g,容量保持率为98.8%.
Spinel Li4Ti5O12 were synthesized by solid- state method with Li2CO3 and TiO2 as reactants. The morphology and microstructure of the samples were characterized by X - ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The relative capacity and the cycle characteristics of the Li4Ti5O12 had been tested with a charge/discharge apparatus. It was shown that the first charge capacity of Li4Ti5O12 was increased with the additional 3% of Li2CO3, and it was 166 mAh/g with a current density 0. 13 mA/cm2 when the mixture were hold at 800℃ for 16 h. After 20 cycles it was still 164 mAh/g. A relative capacity of 98.8% was obtainable.
