减小方形锂离子电池电芯变形的卷绕控制技术研究

摘要 为减小方形锂离子电池电芯的变形率,在分析电芯变形机理的基础上,提出了变张力卷绕、变速度卷绕以及加厚卷针等3种方法.试验结果表明:所提的方法可以有效地缩小电芯变形,提高电池卷绕质量. To reduce the deformation ratio of the square lithium ion battery core, the reason of battery core deformation was analyzed at first. Then, three winding control strategies of variable tension winding, variable speed winding and thickening roiling needle were proposed. Experiments showed that the control algorithm efficiently reduced the deformation rate of the battery core, which increased the winding quality greatly.
