The development of Beibu Gulf of Guangxi first lies in the construction of infrastructure,especially that with transportation as the core.During the＂Tenth Five Years Plan＂,GuangXi signed a series of agreements with Ministry of Rail- ways,which include improving Nanning＇s railroad junction,relocating Liuzhou Railway Bureau to Nanning,building and re- building Guangxi＇s railway network.Liuzhou Railway Bureau will play an important part in the regional economic cooperation in the Pan-Beibu Gulf.
