Bringing forth new ideas in other fields throu- gh theoretical innovation is the way of running the Party and the state, which we should follow for a long time to come. We must follow the scentific methodology principle in theoretical innovation. The ultimate object of theoretical innovation is to con- vert to practical innovation.
