从区域经济学中区域主导产业的选择模型入手,得出以旅游作为港口的主导产业;借鉴荷兰阿姆斯特丹港旅游业的建设模式,提出北海旅游产业开发的对策。

Based on the choice model of regional leading industry in regional economics, this article concludes that tourism is the leading industry of the Beihai Harbor. Considering the tourism construction model of the Dutch Amsterdam Harbor, it proposes the development strategy of Beihai tourism.
