The rise of China can not do without a strong capital market. But in developing into a major capital power, China has to overcome the deficiencies of institutions and mechanisms, and especially ease the excessive market intervention of the executive power. Only when China＇s stock market has established a market-oriented operation mechanism, outstanding listed companies become the market mainstream, administrative supervisors conduct legal management, investors are rational and mature, can stock prices and market value be in harmony with macro-economy like Qin and Se, and so can the Chinese capital market really enter the golden period of its development.
