摘要
"四水"流域在实现经济高速增长的同时面临着严峻的水环境问题,投融资问题是解决"四水"流域水污染治理的关键问题之一。目前,流域污水治理投资总量不足,投入资金营运效率低下。为此,应探索多元化投融资机制和市场机制,以解决"四水"流域水污染防治投融资问题。
After analyzing the question on the basin of Xiangjiang、Zishui、Yuanshui and Lishui, the Paper states that it is one of the key issues that the investment and financing problems is to control the basins＇pollution.After exploring the lack total investment and the inefficient investment, the author Puts forward the proposal of the Investment and finance of the Basins of Xiangjiang、Zishui、Yuanshui and Lishui on the solution water pollution controlling.
