摘要
《石油机械》第18卷第10期,1990,第39~43页,图1,表3 简述了涡轮钻井技术国内外发展现状。介绍了国内新近研制成动的带浮动定子涡轮及独立支承节结构的涡轮钻具的结构特点、涡轮节涡轮叶栅的设计方法、浮动定子涡轮摩擦副的材料与结构研究,以及直井及定向井用支承节的情况,还阐述了此种涡轮钻具的矿场试验结果。
This article gives a brief account of the present condition of turbodrilling technology, describes the design features of the recently developed turbodrill with floating stators and seperated beating section, the design procedure of the turbine cascades in power section, the materials and configerations of the coupled pair of turbines with floating stators, the bearing sections in a wide range of directional and straight hole applications, and the field test results of such turbodrills.
