汽油发动机排气催化转化器转化性能的研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE CONVERSION PERFORMANCE OF CATALYTIC CONVERTERS FOR GASOLINE ENGINE

摘要 通过在试验台架上对汽油发动机排气催化转化器进行试验,探讨转化器在发动机各种工况下对排气中污染物(CO、HC)的转化效率.试验结果表明,汽油发动机的排气温度、空速和空燃比对转化器效率影响很大外,转化器的阻力以及发动机的排放污染物浓度对转化效率亦有明显影响.本文提出一种减小转化器阻力及在其前采用二次空气补气两种措施以提高催化转化器转化效率的方法。 This paper investigates by way of a test bed the conversion efficiency of exhaust emissions including CO & HC in exhaust gas passing through a converter of a gasoline engine . The results indicate that there is a close relationship between the conversion efficiency of a converter and engine operation conditions. The resistance of converters and the initial exhaust emission concentration of engines also have obvious effects on conversion efficiency in addition to the other factors including the temperature of exhaust gas, space velocity and air_fuel ratio. Two ways of improving the conversion efficiency, reducing resistance and adopting secondary air admission of the converter are presented, and can be put into practice.
