摘要
酒后驾车导致大量交通事故,对人民生命财产带来严重危害,治理酒后驾车已成为道路交通事故预防工作的重中之重。我们要借鉴国外治理酒后驾车的成功经验,从防治上筑牢教育、监督、处罚三道防线,最大限度减少交通事故发生,确保人们出行安全。
Lead to a large number of traffic accident,drunk driving cause serious harm to people＇s lives and property.Curbing drink-driving become one of the traffic accident prevention work.This paper discusses the causes of drunk driving,reference the abroad successful experience in curbing drunk driving,and propose a number of measures to prevent drunk driving.
