The Administrative Service Center has been recognized as a significant strategy in optimizing the development in all areas and an effective measure in accelerating administrative system reform,as well as an important open window for attracting foreign investment and promoting economic development.In recent years,when the international financial crisis is spreading continually and enterprises are facing severe challenge,Haimen City,Jiangsu Province draws on the advanced experience of Hefei City,Anhui Province in the construction of administrative service center to effectively enhance the performance of the administrative service center,further create relaxed environment and provide efficient service and share weal and woe with enterprises,thus create a new situation of administrative service in the new era.
