摘要 富勒烯及其衍生物的生物学效应成为富勒烯研究非常有潜力的领域和方向。介绍了富勒烯及其衍生物的5种生物学效应,即与蛋白和酶的相互作用、自由基清除作用、光敏化作用、抗菌作用和对生物膜的双重作用,提出了富勒烯及其衍生物可能被开发为一类新型药物。 The study on biological activities of fullerene and its derivatives becomes very potential field and direction of fullerene's study. Five biological activities of fullerene and its derivatives including the interactions between them and protein or enzyme, scavenging ablities of radical, photosensitization activities, antibacterial activities and the interactions between them and biofilm are described. In possibly become novel drugs. addition, it's proposed that fullerene and its derivatives will
