摘要
介绍了修复树脂在新结构单体的合成及对传统结构的改性方面的发展,高分子口腔材料的某些应用性能,如材料氟释放、边缘适合性、疲劳强度等,以及关于材料的聚合收缩和表界面性能等机理的新型研究方法,并展望了高分子口腔材料的研究方向,提出在临床应用中遇到的实际问题逐渐成为研究的热点。
With the joint development of new materials and research methods, performance of dental polymer materials has been greatly improved. The developments of repair resins in both the synthesis of new structure and the modification of the traditional structure are concluded. And the properties with daily life, including the fluoride re- lease, marginal integrity and fatigue strength are introduced. The new research methods of mechanisms about polyme- rization shrinkage and surface properties are emphasized. At last, a conclusion and a prospect of dental polymer mate- rials are given. The practical problems of dental polymer materials encountered in the clinical applications gradually becoming the new development direction o{ dental polymer materials' researches are proposed.
