摘要
综述了镁基非晶复合材料的制备,主要包括内生复合法和外加复合法;介绍了用这2种方法制得的镁基非晶复合材料的力学性能;讨论了其塑性变形机理,认为其综合力学性能得到很大改善的原因是在复合材料中的纳米相或第二相限制了剪切带的增殖和扩展。通过介绍其腐蚀性能发现,目前这方面的研究还较少,并介绍了镁基非晶复合材料目前的工程应用,提出将来的研究重点应是镁基非晶复合材料的制备和耐腐蚀性能。
Mg-based amorphous alloys have been extensively concerned for their high strength and good corro- sion resistance property. The fabrication of Mg-based amorphous composites is summarized, which mainly contains in- situ and ex-situ methods. Meanwhile, mechanical properties of Mg-based amorphous composites prepared by these two methods are introduced. Furthermore,mechanism of plastic deformation is discussed. Mechanical properties of com- posite materials have been greatly improved due to the limitation of the nano-phase and second phase to proliferation and propagation of shear band. Currently,it is found that the research of the corrosion properties of Mg-based amor- phous composites are few. Its current engineering applications are also introduced. Finally, it's pointed out that the emphasis of future research are fabrication and corrosion resistance of Mg-based amorphous composites.
