摘要
应用GC、GCMSCOMP法从采自甘肃天水地区的木香薷(ElsholtziastauntoniBenth)挥发油中分离出69个化学成分.鉴定了以18桉叶油素(2235%)、反式石竹烯(1386%)、莰醌(46%)、反式β罗勒烯(321%)、苯甲醇(371%)、2(2′3′环氧3′甲基丁基)3甲基呋喃(1067%)等为主的55个成分.其中有26个成分为首次从木香薷中检出.
The chemical components of essential oil from herb of Elsholtzia stauntonii Benth have been studied by means of the GC,GC MS COMP.55 constituents have been identified from 69 separated peaks.The major components are 18 cineole(22 35%), trans caryophyllene(10 29%),bornylene(5 36%), trans β ocimene(3 21%),benzenemethanol(3 71%),2 (2′3′ epoxy 3′ methyl butyl) 3 methyl furan(10 67%)etc.The major components make up to 94% of total oils.Of them,26 components were identified from this herb for the first time.
