木香薷挥发油主要化学成分的研究

Studies on the chemical component of essential oils of Elsholtzia stauntonii Benth

应用ＧＣ、ＧＣＭＳＣＯＭＰ法从采自甘肃天水地区的木香薷（ＥｌｓｈｏｌｔｚｉａｓｔａｕｎｔｏｎｉＢｅｎｔｈ）挥发油中分离出６９个化学成分．鉴定了以１８桉叶油素（２２３５％）、反式石竹烯（１３８６％）、莰醌（４６％）、反式β罗勒烯（３２１％）、苯甲醇（３７１％）、２（２′３′环氧３′甲基丁基）３甲基呋喃（１０６７％）等为主的５５个成分．其中有２６个成分为首次从木香薷中检出．

The chemical components of essential oil from herb of Elsholtzia stauntonii Benth have been studied by means of the GC,GC MS COMP.55 constituents have been identified from 69 separated peaks.The major components are 18 cineole(22 35%), trans caryophyllene(10 29%),bornylene(5 36%), trans β ocimene(3 21%),benzenemethanol(3 71%),2 (2′3′ epoxy 3′ methyl butyl) 3 methyl furan(10 67%)etc.The major components make up to 94% of total oils.Of them,26 components were identified from this herb for the first time.
