摘要
利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc对蜂窝铝芯平压过程进行了模拟计算,得到了应力分布图和应力沿路径分布曲线,结合图形和曲线分析了蜂窝铝芯的应力分布规律和变形特点。结果表明,平压过程中应力集中出现在交棱处,在外力作用下这些位置最容易发生失稳,而面板中间的应力值始终相对交棱处应力值较小;由于交棱和壁板中部受到的约束不同,最大应力分布区域与变形最大区域不一致。
The calm compression process of the aluminum honeycomb core is simulated numerically by using finite element analysis software MS(2. Marc,and the graphics of stress distribution and the curve of stress distribution along the path is obtained. The rules of stress distribution and deformation properties of aluminum honeycomb core are investigated. The result shows that stress always concentrates on the cross-edges during the calm compression process. These positions are most likely to buckle under load. The sress of the middle of the panel is always smaller than the stress in cross edge. The bounds of the cross-edges and the middle of the board are different, and therefore the distribution of the maximum stress is inconsistent with the distribution of the maximum deformation.
