摘要
以1,10-菲咯啉为原料,经氧化、缩合和络合反应,合成了一种新的不对称型镍菲咯啉配合物,总收率为34.1%,其结构用质谱和元素分析进行了表征,并用电子吸收光谱和荧光光谱研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用,其电子吸收光谱的最大吸收峰红移2nm,减色率为14.4%,同时配合物的荧光增强幅度为1.49,这些结果表明配合物与DNA存在明显的插入结合作用。
A new asymmetrical nickel phenanthroline complex, with total yield of 34.1%, is synthesized from 1,10-phenanthroline by oxidation, condensation and eomplexation. The structure is characterized by MS and elemental analysis. The binding of the complex to calf thymus DNA is investigated with electronic absorption and luminescence spectra. The maximal electronic absorption peak of this complex is red-shifted(△λ=2nm) and the hypochromism is 14.4%. At the same time, the fluorescence intensity grows to 1.49 times. These results indicate that the complex is bonded to calf thymus DNA through a intercalative mode.
