石油机械铸锻件显微组织对低温韧性的影响

摘要 试验研究了石油机械铸锻件常用低合金钢的显微组织结构对低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,钢材的冲击韧性受显微组织的强烈制约,凡显微组织粗大,出现上贝氏体、游离铁素体的试样均表现出较低的冲击功,而显微组织细微、均匀,碳化物质点弥散化的回火索氏体则具有较高的低温冲击韧性。 An experimental investigation was made on the effect of the microstructure on the low-temperature toughness of the conventional low alloy steel used for petroleum machinery castings and forgings. It is found that the impact toughness of the steel is greatly constrained by the microstructure. Specimens with coarse microstructure including upper bainite and frce ferrite possess lower impact toughness under low temperature, while those with fine and homogeneous microstructure bearing tempered sorbite with dispersed carbide particles show higher toughness.
