摘要
地面下击器解卡时产生震击力的大小与多种因素有关。以往的计算方法是从能量转化入手,导出详尽的计算公式,比较繁杂。本文从振动学的角度研究了震击时动应力与静应力的关系,从而求出了增力倍数系数值,能够方便地计算震击力,其值与国内外计算结果很接近,可以推荐使用。
The strength of bumping force of a surface bumper jar in the course of releasing stuck tool hinges on various factors. To calculate the bumping force, formulas were normally derived from the angle of energy conversion, which is rather intricate. The authors make a study from the angle of vibration in the relations between dynamic stress and static stress produced during the course of bumping and work out thereby the force-multiplication factor, which makes things convenient for the calculation of bumping force.
