女性节育手术并发症的临床分析

目的分析女性节育手术并发症的发生情况及应对策略。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年1月～2009年12月收治的87例节育手术并发症患者的临床资料。结果 87例患者中节育措施包括宫内放置节育器35例,输卵管结扎31例,人工流产21例;并发症包括感染、子宫穿孔、宫颈管及宫腔粘连、脏器损伤、输卵管系膜撕裂与血肿、放置宫内节育器出血及节育器异位;所有患者经过恰当治疗均治愈,平均住院时间为(3.2±1.6)d,出院后随访半年,无1例复发。结论女性节育手术时要严格无菌操作,规范操作方法,对于常见的手术并发症要及时诊断和正确治疗,可以显著提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the complications of female sterilization and the occurrence of coping strategies.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2006～December 2009 87 patients admitted to the clinical complications of birth control information.Results 87 patients,including intrauterine birth-control measures in place the IUD in 35 cases,tubal ligation in 31 cases,21 cases of induced abortion;complications include infection,uterine perforation,cervical and uterine adhesions,organ damage,tear mesosalpinx Crack and hematoma,bleeding and IUD ectopic IUD insertion;all patients were cured after proper treatment,the average hospital stay was（3.2±1.6）d,six months after discharge follow-up,no one case of recurrence.Conclusion When female sterilization and aseptic,standardized methods of operation,the common complications should prompt diagnosis and proper treatment,can signifi cantly improve clinical outcomes.
