电子止血带在膝关节镜手术中的应用

目的探讨止血带机不同充气压力值对膝关节镜手术的影响。方法选择60例膝关节病患者分为实验组和对照组两组。实验组充气压力为40kpa,对照组常用压力为50kpa,观察两组在使用不同止血带压力及时间下患者出现的不良反应及程度。结果实验组患者术中1h、1.5h后出现烦躁等不良反应的程度明显低于对照组,两组均无皮肤神经损伤。结论电子止血带充气压力为40kpa时,即可有效减少手术出血量、利于手术视野的暴露、便于手术操作、缩短手术时间、减少不良反应的发生。因此,止血带的合理使用对膝关节镜手术尤为重要。

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of tourniquet equipment with different pressure in arthroscope operation of knee joint.Methods Selected 60 cases with gonarthrosis and grouped them into experiment and control groups.Filling gas 40pka for experiment group and 50pka for control group in operations.Evaluated the adverse reactions and their degree in the two groups with different pressure and operative duration.Results The degree of adverse reaction such as restlessness in experiment group was obvious lower than control group after 1.0h,1.5h using tourniquet equipment.There was no skin and nerve injury in the two groups.Conclusion Reliable using the electric tourniquet equipment with 40pka can minimize bleeding volume in operation,benef it to expose operative vision,facilitate operative procedure,shorten operative duration and decrease the incidence rate of adverse reaction.Therefore,retional apply the tourniquet equipment will be very important in arthroscope operation of knee joint.
