摘要
通过满意度调查使护理人员从单纯的疾病护理转变为以病人为中心的身心护理;从单一注重病人的治疗转变为以注重病人的感受为中心,使病人的满意度上升,充实"以人为本"的整体护理。满意度调查约束了护理人员的不良行为,增强了护理人员主动服务的意识,从而提高了临床护理服务质量。
By the investigation of satisfaction,make the nursing key from physical care to mental care;Changed the emphasis from treatment to patient's feeling,increase the satisfaction rate and make "people-oriented" nursing inprectice.the investigation of satisfaction constraint paramedic's mproper behaviors and enhance the active service of the nursing staff,thus increase the quality of clinical service.
