左卡尼汀改善原发性扩张性心肌病患者心功能的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察左卡尼汀改善原发性扩张性心肌病患者心功能的疗效。方法把60例DCM伴有心功能不全患者分为两组,对照组(A组)30例给予洋地黄、利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂及转换酶抑制剂等常规治疗;治疗组(B组)在常规治疗基础上加用左卡尼汀1g静脉滴注,每天2次,两组治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率76.7%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论在常规抗心衰治疗基础上经左卡尼汀治疗,心功能明显改善,且无明显不良反应,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得在临床上广泛应用。
