摘要
游梁式抽油机的优化设计应以能耗小、综合性能指标合理的多目标函数作为寻优的准则和基础。既要考虑到几何尺寸,也要考虑到平衡因素。为此对优化设计的目标函数、设计变量、约束条件及寻优算法作了较深入的论述,并以冲程为4.2m抽油机为实例进行了寻优计算。
By optimizing the main parameters of a beam pumping unit, multiob jective functions of low energy consumption and ideal performance index should be taken as the criterion of optimization and both the geometry and the counterbalance effect should be considered.For this purpose, the authors make a thorough discussion on the objective functions, design variables, constraint conditions and the optimum seeking method. Optimum seeking procedure for a 4.2 meter stroke pumping unit is presented as an example.
