5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效与安全性。方法将78例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为ALA-PDT治疗组和CO2激光治疗组,每周治疗1次,疗程最多3周。末次治疗后随访3个月,判定疗效并观察复发率。结果 ALA-PDT组有效率达80.0%,显著高于CO2激光组(55.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,ALA-PDT复发率为9.09%,CO2激光组为50%。结论 ALA-PDT疗法治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,安全性好。
