高效液相法测定蒙药中栀子苷含量

Determination of Licorice glucoside in Sao RiLao-8 Powder by HPLC

目的：建立用高效洗衣机相法测定蒙药扫日劳-8汤中栀子苷含量。方法：采用ALTEX—C18色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-水-三乙胺（8：92：0．1），流速为1．OmL·min^-1，检测波长238nm。结果：线性范围为9．66μg-96．60μg，r=0．9992，平均回收率为98．50％，RSD=0．82％。结论：方法简便、可靠、准确、专属性强，可用于制剂的质量控制。

Objective：A HPLC method for the determination of Licorice glucoside in Sao RiLao - 8 Powder. Method：ALTEX - CIs column was used with acetonitrile - water - triethylamine （8 ： 92： 0.1 ） 0.5 % glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The content was detected at wavelength of 238nm. Result： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.66μg- 96.60μg, r = 0. 9992. The average recovery rate was 98.50% and RSD was 0.82 %. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and accurate, it can 0.82%. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and accurate, it can be used for quality control of the preparation.
