基于有限元法的胶管阀阀体改进设计

摘要 针对胶管阀在浇注过程中由于受到挤压,经常容易出现疲劳受损情况,以胶管阀阀体为研究对象,建立物理模型,展开受力分析,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其做仿真计算,根据仿真结果对阀体进行加入筋板的改进设计,结果表明,改进后胶管阀阀体受力情况明显改善. This paper dealt with the study of the body of roller pinch valve,finite-element analysis software ANSYS was used to make the simulation calculation,a physical model was established,and the force characteristic analysis was presented,the structure of the valve body was modified according to the result of simulation calculation.The results showed that the force condition of the valve body was significantly improved after modification.
