木文运用多元统计中的主成份分析原理,给出了教师的综合能力评价的计算公式——Y=0.513X_1+0.580X_2+0.510X_3+0.262X_4+0.247X_5,指出了今后一段时期内,教师应把教学中 X_1、X_2、x_3方面的工作做为自己的努力方向.

In this paper, we apply the principle of principal component analysis in polystatistics to evaluating theteachers' comprehensive abides to present a formula-y= 0.513X1+ 0.580X2 + 0.510X3 + 0.262X4 + 0.247X5.We also point out that the teachers should take the work on X1、X2、X3 as the goal in their future teaching.
