刮板输送机工况监测与控制系统设计

Design of the Work Condition Monitoring and Control System of Scraper Conveyor

针对煤矿井下刮板输送机的特点,开发了刮板输送机工况监测与控制系统。该系统分为机载监控装置和监控平台两部分,机载监控装置利用PLC技术实现,监控平台利用防爆计算机运行组态软件实现,利用Profibus总线技术实现机载监控装置之间以及机载监控装置与监控平台之间的信息传输。

For the characteristics of scraper conveyor underground coal mine,the work condition monitoring and control system of scraper conveyor is developed.The system is divided into two parts of on-board monitoring units and monitoring platform,the on-board monitoring device is complemented by using PLC technology,the monitoring platform is complemented through the flameproof computer to run the configuration software,the information transmission among the monitoring unit with each others,and between the monitoring unit and the monitoring platform is realized by the technology of Profibus bus.
