摘要
因果推论背景下的倾向得分法是近年在国外发展起来的重要因果分析方法,是排除背景变量混杂干扰,通过模拟随机抽样,使用抽样调查数据计算干预效果的有效方法。采用天津市科技工作者实际工作状况调查的抽样数据,使用倾向得分法测算薪酬、专业技术职级、行政职级对于自我成就感的影响,从而验证传统激励措施对于自我效能认知的提升作用,以及对于科技人才开发管理的促进作用。应用倾向得分法模拟随机抽样后,薪酬对于天津市科技工作者的自我效能认知具有显著影响,专业技术职级的作用不再显著,而行政职级的作用则显示出显著相关。
Propensity score is developed in recent years in abroad and based on causal inference,which is a helpful method to balance the covariates and simulate random sampling.In this article,a survey on Tianjin Scientists condition is used to calculate the influences of income,professional title,and administrative positions on personal performance accomplishments,then on self-efficacy beliefs and scientific human resources development.The result is income and administrative positions have significant influence on self-efficacy beliefs while professional title is not significant.
