苯并恶嗪/环氧树脂/咪唑体系的层压板性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用环氧树脂F-51对苯并恶嗪进行改性,同时加入咪唑调节工艺性,制备出一系列不同组分配比而凝胶化时间接近的树脂基体,并制得系列玻璃布层压板。通过检测层压板的力学性能、动态力学性能、吸水性和层压板断面状况,研究了在体系中加入咪唑调节工艺性的情况下,苯并恶嗪和环氧树脂的配比对其玻璃布层压板性能的影响。结果表明,基体树脂中苯并恶嗪,环氧树脂与咪唑的质量比为8∶2∶0.017时,层压板的玻璃化转变温度最高,达到232.7℃,3者的质量比为6∶4∶0.013时,综合力学性能最好,弯曲强度,拉伸强度与模量,冲击强度分别为729.3,291.7,2339.2MPa和233.8kJ/m2,但Tg较低(171.4℃)。环氧树脂和咪唑的加入对该体系玻璃布层压板力学性能和吸水性影响较小,而对其耐热性有较大的影响。 A series of matrix resins with different mass ratio and approximate gel time were prepared by epoxy resin F-51 modified benzoxazine and imidazole adjusting the process.The series glass cloth laminates were also prepared.The effect of mass ratio of benzoxazine to epoxy on the properties of lamilates at the present of imidazole adusting the process was investigated by the tests of mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties,water adsorption and the fracture surface of the lamilates.The results showed that the Tg of the lamilates with mass ratio of benzoxazine,epoxy and imidazole 8∶ 2∶ 0.017 was maximum 232.7 ℃.The mechnial properties of laminates with mass ratio 6∶ 4∶ 0.013 were the best and the flexural strength,tensile strength,tensile modulus and impact strength were 729.3,291.7,2 339.2 MPa and 233.8 kJ /m2,respectively,but the Tg was lower(171.4 ℃).The addtion of epoxy and imidazole had little effect on the mechanical property and water absorption of lamilates and had great effect on heat resistance of laminates.
