摘要
分别以松香聚醚多元醇(A),马来松香酯多元醇(B)为原料制备了松香基硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPFA,RPFB)。考察了2种多元醇的反应活性和发泡行为,通过TGA对RPFA,RPFB的热性能进行了研究,并与工业聚醚4110及其制得的泡沫塑料(RPFC)进行了对比,结果表明,多元醇反应活性顺序依次为B>A>工业聚醚4110;RPFA,RPFB和RPFC的热分解活化能分别为89.17,82.66和57.65kJ/mol。松香环状结构的引入提高了多元醇的反应活性及泡沫材料的耐热性。
Rosin-based rigid polyurethane foams(RPFA and RPFB)were prepared by using rosin polyols(A)and maleic rosin ester polyol(B)as material.The reactivities and foaming behaviours of the two polyols were investigated and the thermal properties of RPFA and RPFB were studied by TGA,compared with the industrial polyols 4110 and the foam from it.The results showed that the reactivity order of polyols was as followed :B 〉 A 〉 industrial polyols 4110.The pyrolysisl activation energy of RPFC,RPFB and RPFA was 89.17,82.66 and 57.65 kJ /mol,respectively.The reactivity of polyols and heat resistance of foam were increased by the introduction of rosin ring.
