摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法测试了异菌脲对烟草赤星病菌的室内抑制活性,采用盆栽喷雾法测试了50%异菌脲WP对烟草安全性,采用田间小区试验明确了50%异菌脲WP对烟草赤星病防治效果。结果表明,异菌脲对烟草赤星病菌菌丝生长抑制浓度EC50值为0.7147μg/mL;50%异菌脲WP在8000mg/kg剂量下对烟草是安全的;在有效成分375~562.5g/hm2剂量下用药两次对赤星病的防效为58.28%~86.75%。本结果为异菌脲用来防治烟草赤星病提供了指导。
Bioactivity of iprodione on Alternaria alternate was tested with mycelial growth method. The safety test of iprodione 50% WP on tobacco was tested with potted plant spraying,and the effect of iprodione 50% WP against Alternaria alternate was studied in a field trial. The results indicated that the inhibitory concentration of iprodione EC50 to tobacco brown mycelial growth is 0.714 7 μg/mL,and iprodione 50% WP was safe on tobacco with dosage of 8 000 mg/kg,and the effect of controlling Alternaria alternate was in 58.28%-86.75% when applying twice at dosage of 375-562.5 g/hm2. The result gives a guidance of iprodione controlling Alternaria alternate.
