现代木工机械CAM系统二次开发平台的选择及应用

对主流CAM(计算机辅助制造)软件进行综合比较后,选定了PowerMILL软件进行二次开发。该软件为用户提供了VB.NET等二次开发接口并开放其内部函数库。结合木制品数控加工的特点,介绍了二次开发的过程及现代木工机械CAM系统的工艺流程。二次开发对促进CAM系统在木制品加工中的应用具有重要意义。

This paper has analyzed different CAM software and selected PowerMILL to redevelop.This software can be used for developing with VB.NET or C#.NET and opens functional library to users.This paper also introduces the redeveloping process based on VB.NET and the technical process of CAM system for modernization wood-working machinery,according to the property of woodworking numerical control processing,the redevelopment is very important for CAM system to be applied to the woodworking processing.
