基于Fluent软件的木材干燥窑内部流场分析研究

Research on internal flow field of wood-drying kilns by fluent software

针对木材干燥窑内部流场不均匀的问题,提出了一种操作性强、易于实现的Gambit-Fluent系统建模与仿真的计算方法。以结构尺寸和边界条件的设定为先导,采用Gambit2D来实现模型的建立,并通过强大的数值模拟软件Fluent完成了六种不同干燥窑内壁结构下的干燥窑内部流场的建模与仿真,从而达到对干燥窑壁进行改进,获得均匀的干燥窑内部流场,使木材干燥均匀的目的,也为进一步深入研究干燥窑内部流场对木材干燥的影响提供了新方法。

Aiming at nonuniform of internal flow field of wood-drying kilns, a easy way to imply Gambit-Fluent of system modeling and simulation methods is set in the paper. In accordance with Gambit-Fluent＇ s basic characteristics, the authors proposed this method, according to the structure of the size setting, the boundary conditions setting for the pilot and using Gambit2D to complete the model, and through the strong numerical simulation software Fluent and simulated the internal flow field to the wood-drying kiln, six kinds of kilns optimum structure are designed, and the internal flow field of modeling and simulation are completed in order to achieve its optimum design, obtain uniform internal flow field and wood-drying uniform. It provides a new method for researching the impaction internal flow field of wood-drying kilns.
