大弹涂鱼室内外结合人工育苗技术初探

The first attempt to breed Boleophthalmus pectinirostris with the combined indoor/outdoor method

室内外结合人工育苗采用480m2的室外土池投放2龄亲鱼47kg,先后孵出2批仔鱼,通过渠道自然落差收集仔鱼330万尾,在室内经45-47d培育,共育出幼鱼91万尾,平均全长为22.81cm,平均成活率达27.58%.试验表明:室内外结合人工育苗是大弹涂鱼生产性育苗的好方法.

The combined indoor/outdoor experiment to breed Boleophthalmus pectinirostris’s fry utilized a 480m2 outdoor pond for 47kg of 2-year-old fish,which gave birth to 2 batches of a totaled 3,300,000 fry,collected by the natural drop of the pond’s ditch.After 45-47 days of indoor breeding,it resulted in a survival rate of 27.58%,or 910,000 young fish,averaging a length of 22.81cm.This experiment demonstrates that the combined indoor/outdoor method is the best way to breed Boleophthalmus pectinirostris.
