结直肠癌C-erbB-2表达与临床病理的关系及意义

Clinicopathological Significance of C-erbB-2 Protein Expression in Colorectal Carcinoma

目的探讨结直肠癌C-erbB-2表达与临床病理的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法对67例结直肠癌患者的癌组织及正常组织分别行C-erbB-2检测,结果与临床病理指标进行综合分析。结果 C-erbB-2在癌组织中的阳性表达率高于正常结直肠组织（P=0.007）。癌组织中C-erbB-2的表达与性别、肿瘤大小、生长部位、大体分型、组织学类型等临床病理指标均无关（均P〉0.05）。但与Broder分级、淋巴转移、TNM分期有关（均P〈0.05）。C-erbB-2的表达量不同年龄组患者比较,〈30岁组高于〉60岁组（P=0.000）,30~60岁患者同样高于〉60岁组（P=0.005）。结论 C-erbB-2表达与结直肠癌的发生、转移有密切关系,可为结直肠癌靶向治疗提供指导。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of C-erbB-2 protein expression in colorectal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry（SP method） was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in colorectal carcinoma and adjacent tissues of 67 patients,and the relationship of C-erbB-2 protein expression with the clinicopathological parameters of colorectal carcinoma was analyzed.Results C-erbB-2 protein expression in colorectal carcinoma tissue was higher than that in normal colorectal tissue（P=0.007）,and it was not correlated with sex,tumor size,tumor sites,general classification,and histologic type（all P0.05）.However,C-erbB-2 protein expression significantly increased with more lymphonode metastasis,lower Broder grade,and later TNM stage（all P0.05）.The expression of C-erbB-2 protein in patients under the age of 30 years was higher than that in patients older than 60 years of age（P=0.000）.In addition,the expression in patients between the ages of 30 and 60 years was also higher than that in patients older than 60 years of age（P=0.005）.Conclusion There is a correlation between the expression of C-erbB-2 protein and the genesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer,it can provide guidance for targeted therapy of colorectal carcinoma.
