经腹碳绳U形缝合直肠悬吊术治疗成人Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的疗效

Therapeutic Efficacy of U-Shape Rectal Suspension with Carbon Fibre Cord in Treatment of Stage Ⅲ Proctoptosis in Adults

目的探讨经腹碳绳U形缝合直肠悬吊术治疗成人Ⅲ度直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法对30例成人Ⅲ度直肠脱垂患者采用经腹碳绳U形缝合直肠悬吊术治疗。结果 30例患者痊愈29例,好转1例,有效率100%。术后无肠梗阻、泌尿生殖功能障碍等并发症。随访1~10年无复发。结论碳纤维是一种安全可靠的组织固定和替代材料,具有手术操作简单、创伤小、疗效佳等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of U-shape rectal suspension with carbon fibre cord in treatment of stage Ⅲ proctoptosis in adults.Methods Thirty patients with stage Ⅲ proctoptosis were subjected to caron fibre cord U-shape rectal suspension operation.Results Of the 30 patients,29 cases were cured and 1 case was obviously improved,and the effective rate was 100%.No postoperative complications occurred,such as bowel obstruction,urogenital dysfunction during 10-year follow-up period.Conclusion Carbon fibre is a safe and reliable material for fixation and replacement of tissue.U-shape rectal suspension with carbon fibre cord is simple and easy to perform,with less trauma and better therapeutic efficacy.
