电力发展规划思路及原则的变迁

Changing Principle in Development Layout of Shandong Power Grid

通过纵观近十年来的山东电力发展规划,本文对近期规划思路及主要原则进行总结、分析其如何随着电网发展而变迁,以期作为新一轮规划修编的启示。本文就发生变迁的原则进行重点论述:1山东电源发展原则转变为积极利用省外能源资源、接纳省外来电及大力发展清洁能源;2电网发展原则中的220 kV电网结构及500 kV/220 kV电磁解环思路发生变化。

From the comprehensive survey of Shandong power system development planning in recent 10 years,this paper summarizes the concepts and the main principles of the newly-accomplished planning and analyzes how they modify with the power grid development planning,in order to give the new planning modification some instructions.This paper lays emphasis on the discussion of modified planning principles： 1.The modification from developing the power supplies in province to active utilizing the energy resources,admitting the electric power out of the province and developing green energy resources.2.The modification of the structure of 220kV power grid and the electromagnetic loop opening concept in power grid developing principles.
