由于目前电力工程造价的控制,主要侧重于工程发包、施工及竣工结算审查等方面,而忽略了投资决策与设计优化阶段对控制工程造价的重要作用。为此本文将从工程建设的全过程:即投资决策、设计、工程发包、施工建设、竣工结算等五个阶段来阐述如何控制电力工程造价,以实现降低工程造价,提高项目投资效益的目的。

In order to control project cost and obtain investment benefits,this article introduces measures to strengthen overall-process construction cost management for power projects on five stages i.e.investment decision-making,design,invitation for bid,construction and completion budgeting.It places great emphasis on the importance of investment decision-making and optimizing the design scheme to control construction cost.
