摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张性不育患者的疗效。方法:选取2008年3月至2010年2月间精索静脉曲张合并精液参数异常的患者87例,运用腹腔镜作精索静脉高位结扎术,术后观察患者精液的恢复情况及其配偶受孕情况。结果:术后3个月患者精子密度、活率、(A+B)级精子数较术前明显提高(P<0.05),随访2年,41%(36/87)患者配偶已怀孕。结论:腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张性不育是一种微创、简单、安全有效的方式。
Objective:To investigate effects of varicocele infertility patients undergoing varicocele ligation under laparoscopic.Methods:Eighty-seven patients of varicocele infertility combined with abnormal semen parameters undergoing varicocele ligation under laparoscopic were chosen in Zhongshan hospital from March,2008 to February,2010.To observe the recovery process and pregnancy case after operation.Results:There were significant differences in 3 months after operation,sperm count,sperm motility and(A +B) level of sperm(P<0.05);Follow-up two years,41 percent(36/87) spouses of the patients conceived.Conclusion:Varicocele ligation under laparoscopic is a safe,less trauma and effective treatment.
