整合素α3β1在儿童Alport综合征中的表达

摘要
目的:探讨整合素α3β1在小儿Alport综合征中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法:临床及病理诊断为Alport综合征患儿29例,用免疫组化的方法,分析其肾组织石蜡切片中整合素α3β1的表达,与正常肾组织切片进行对比,结合电镜表现进行分析。结果:在Alport患儿肾小球内整合素α3β1的表达与正常肾组织相比均降低,电镜下有足细胞病理改变者整合素α3β1表达减少最为明显。结论:整合素α3β1在Alport综合征患儿的肾小球中表达降低,这一表现可能与疾病的进展有关。
