吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部银屑病临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Pyrithione Zinc Aerosol in treatment of head psoriasis

目的:观察吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部银屑病的临床疗效。方法:30例外用吡硫翁锌气雾剂为治疗组;20例外用煤焦油和21例外用卡泊三醇为两个对照组。三组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组有效率为86.6%,基愈率为30.0%;煤焦油对照组有效率为60.0%,基愈率为15.0%;卡泊三醇有效率为71.0%,基愈率为19.0%。治疗组和对照组治疗前后病情积分比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.001)。结论:吡硫翁锌气雾剂治疗头部银屑病效果显著。

Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Pyrithione Zinc Aerosol in treatment of head psoriasis. Methods： Pyrithione Zinc Aerosol was used to 30 cases of treatment group; two control groups： Coal Tar was used to 20 cases and Calcipotriol was used to 21 cases. Treatment group and control groups of treatment for 4 weeks. Results： Treatment group, effectiveness rate was 86.6%, cure rate was 30.0% ; Coal Tar of control group, effectiveness rate was 60.0%, cure rate was 15%; Calcipotriol of control group effectiveness rate was 71.0%, cure rate was 19.0%. There were significant differences about the PASI scores in the treatment group and two control groups（P0.001）. Conclusion： Pyrithione Zinc Aerosol treating head psoriasis has significant efficacy.
