摘要
高职院校要重视学生心理健康教育工作,本文从高职生心理特点出发,阐述了高职生的常见心理问题,高职生心理健康教育的主要内容,着重讨论了加强高职生心理健康的方法和途径。
This paper starts from the vocational colleges should pay attention to mental health education,discusses the vocational students psychological characteristics ,common psychological problems and the main elements of mental health education of vocational students.It focuses on seeking the ways and methods of strengthening higher vocational college students mental health education.
