摘要
目的研究羊水粪染程度与窒息、血清肌钙蛋白-I(CTnI)、动脉血乳酸的动态相关规律,为临床上胎儿宫内缺氧提供早期诊断,以及判断缺氧程度的相关指标,用于胎儿宫内缺氧性疾病的早期诊断、治疗、指导康复和判断预后。方法对我院2009年1月~2009年12月216例产科出生的新生儿分析其羊水粪染、窒息情况、血清肌钙蛋白-I(CTnI)、动脉血乳酸的动态水平相关性研究。结果羊水粪染程度和新生儿的窒息程度、血清肌钙蛋白-I、动脉血乳酸的动态水平呈正相关性。结论羊水污染程度与新生儿窒息程度、血清心肌肌钙蛋白-I和动脉血乳酸水平呈动态正相关规律,在临床上可以作为宫内缺氧的早期诊断,以及判断缺氧程度与预后的临床指标,可以用于新生儿宫内缺氧性疾病的早期诊断、治疗、指导康复和判断预后。
Objective Study the degree of asphyxia meconium-stained amniotic fluid,serum cardiac troponin-I (CTnI),arterial blood lactate dynamics of the relevant laws,in order to provide clinically for the early diagnosis of intrauterine hypoxia,and hypoxia to determine the extent of the relevant indicators for Neonatal hypoxic disease early diagnosis,treatment,counseling,rehabilitation and prognosis.Methods In our hospital in January 2009~2009 year in December 216 cases of newborns born in our hospital obstetric analysis of their meconium stained amniotic fluid,choking situation,serum troponin-I (CTnI),arterial blood lactate levels of the dynamic correlation.Results Meconium-stained amniotic fluid level and degree of neonatal asphyxia,serum troponin-I,the dynamics of arterial blood lactate level of positive correlation.Conclusion Meconium-stained amniotic fluid degree and extent of neonatal asphyxia,serum cardiac troponin-I and arterial blood lactate level was positively related to the law of dynamics,in the clinical as the early diagnosis of intrauterine hypoxia,and hypoxia to determine the degree of clinical indicators of prognosis can be used in neonatal hypoxic disease early diagnosis,treatment,counseling,rehabilitation and prognosis.
